Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use") govern access to and use of the website dessinfaciletutos.com, published by Yacine Lazhare GHARNATI (Dessin Facile Tutos), EI, SIRET 948 378 328 00017, 31 rue Robert Coatanroch, 93200 Saint-Denis.

The website includes two types of offer, subject to different regimes:

• the books and drawing workbooks, presented on the website but sold exclusively on Amazon.fr through affiliate links;
• the "Le Club des Dessinateurs" subscription, sold directly by the website publisher and governed by the general terms and conditions of subscription.

Article 2 — Purchases of books on Amazon

Any order for a book presented on this website is placed directly on Amazon.fr. The contract of sale is concluded exclusively between the buyer and Amazon (or the relevant third-party seller on the Amazon Marketplace). Amazon's general terms and conditions of sale apply in full: price, availability, invoicing, VAT, payment methods, delivery times and terms, right of withdrawal, guarantees and returns.

For any question concerning an order, a payment, a delivery or a return relating to a book, the buyer should contact Amazon customer service.

Article 3 — Subscription to the Club des Dessinateurs

The subscription to the Club des Dessinateurs is a distance sale concluded with the website publisher. It entitles the subscriber to a 14-day right of withdrawal, online cancellation at any time from the customer account, the legal guarantee of conformity and recourse to a consumer mediator. These rights are detailed in the general terms and conditions of subscription.

Article 4 — Role of the publisher with regard to affiliation

As a member of the Amazon EU Associates Programme, the website publisher receives a commission on eligible purchases made through the links on this website, at no extra cost to the buyer. For these purchases, the publisher is at no time involved in the transaction, payment, invoicing or delivery.

Only the information shown on the Amazon product page at the time of ordering is authoritative, in particular the price and availability. A customer account is required to manage a subscription and to access content reserved for subscribers. The user undertakes to provide accurate information, to keep it up to date and to keep their login credentials confidential.

The content of this website (texts, visuals, methods, mascot, videos) is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited (see the Legal Notice).

Article 9 — Complaints and mediation

Any complaint may be sent to dessinfacile.contact@gmail.com. For disputes relating to the subscription, the consumer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator free of charge under the conditions set out in the legal notice. For book orders, complaints are handled by Amazon customer service.

Article 10 — Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. They cannot deprive the consumer of the rights granted by the mandatory provisions of the Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code). Failing an amicable agreement, the competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
