Books

Books are sold and shipped by Amazon. Returns, refunds and guarantees are handled directly from your Amazon account.

Arty goodies (stickers, t-shirts…)

Defective, damaged or wrong item. Email us at dessinfacile.contact@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt, with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send you a new item free of charge, or refund you if you prefer.

Change of mind (right of withdrawal). You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason. Let us know by email first, then return the unused item within the following 14 days to the address below. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We refund the price of the item and the original standard shipping costs within 14 days of your request (we may wait until we have received the item), using the same payment method.

"Le Club des Dessinateurs" subscription

Right of withdrawal. 14 days from receipt of the first issue, without giving a reason. Full refund of all amounts paid, standard shipping included, within 14 days of your request. The issue received must be returned at your expense.

Damaged or missing issue. Report it within 30 days: a replacement copy is sent free of charge.

After the withdrawal period, you can cancel at any time from your customer account; no pro-rata refund for the month already started.
