1. Access. Access to the website and its free content is open to everyone. Some content is reserved for Club des Dessinateurs subscribers and requires a customer account.

2. Customer account. Users provide accurate information and keep their login details confidential.

3. Purchases. Books are bought on Amazon: the sale is concluded with Amazon, under Amazon's terms. Arty goodies and the Club des Dessinateurs subscription are sold directly on this website and governed by our terms of sale.

4. Information shown. For books, prices and availability are indicative: only the information on the Amazon page at the time of ordering applies.

5. Intellectual property. The website content (texts, drawings, videos, logo, Arty mascot) is protected. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

6. External links. The website contains links to third-party sites, including Amazon and social networks. We are not responsible for their content.
